Power Yoga for Athletes
This workshop is going to take you through some ‘basic’ asana (poses) that when done with anatomical awareness can give you more then you could ever imagine, both internally and externally. There will be a focus on the spine and its’ connection to your shoulders, neck and head. You will learn some basic strength and flexibility asana that aim to get you balancing and moving upside down in a way that helps to widen your range of movement as well as strengthen your ligaments.
We will finish with a dynamic, exhilarating, all-over body power flow incorporating poses and movements that we workshop.
